These Vegan Caramel Shortbread went down a treat with everyone at a friends’ birthday BBQ. Everyone just devour them young and old. It just small enough treat for dessert after a BBQ and enough to keep us going before the lighting of the birthday cake.

Delivery was prompt to my house and the packaging enable me to put in the fridge night before and put into my cooler bag to take to thee BBQ. No hassle!
