Caramel Shortbread – An all butter shortbread base, topped with a thick luxurious layer of rich caramel and finished generously with Belgian milk chocolate.

Ruby Raspberry Brownie – An indulgent Belgian chocolate brownie studded with ruby chocolate chunks, with pools of raspberry jam and topped generously with Belgian Chocolate with swirls of Ruby Chocolate and a sprinkle of zesty, freeze dried raspberries.

Rolo Brownie – An indulgent chocolate brownie with a layer of caramel in-between, topped with a Belgian chocolate ganache, Belgian chocolate drizzle and delicious chocolate caramels.
