Ruby Raspberry Brownie – An indulgent Belgian chocolate brownie studded with ruby chocolate chunks, with pools of raspberry jam and topped generously with Belgian Chocolate with swirls of Ruby Chocolate and a sprinkle of zesty, freeze dried raspberries.

Lemon & White Chocolate Blondie – A moist Belgian white chocolate blondie with lemon curd swirled through the mix, with Belgian white chocolate chunks then baked to perfection, with splats of white chocolate and nibbed pistachios for decoration.

Dark & White Chocolate Caramel Shortbread – A caramel shortbread which is an all butter shortbread base, topped with a thick layer of rich and luxurious caramel finished with Belgian dark and white chocolate delicately marbled together.

    Tried these after enjoying the other cakes, and I have to say I really enjoyed them all The Blondies are really vesty and tangy and are an absolute delight, The caramel shortcakes are divine, but the raspberry ones are sublime. The Happy Box does what it says and is well worth a try
