Our Raspberry Bakewell traycake has an all butter base with almond and butter fragipane with pools of raspberry jam, delivering a deliciously moist treat. It’s important to have a variety of colours and shapes on display to entice your customers to buy

Each Raspberry Bakewell traybake is pre-portioned into 14 slices, which means less hassle for you when preparing the cake for your counter, and a 100% guarantee that your customers will receive the same size slice each time they visit. Forget about food waste, as our frozen cakes removes the worry of throwing food away – we can ensure your customers won’t be leaving any crumbs either! We understand you have little time and the foodservice industry is particularly busy, so we have baked a range of cakes you can trust and that offer versatility to your cake counter.

Our Raspberry Bakewell has up to a 12-month shelf life in your freezer and 10 days wrapped / 3-4 days unwrapped once defrosted.

We recommend serving a slice of our Raspberry Bakewell alongside a cup of classic tea or to push the boat out, pair with a frothy cappuccino and have the Bakewell warm with clotted cream.

  • Store cakes in a freezer observing the Frozen Best Before Date
  • Defrost overnight in the fridge
  • Once defrosted, remove outer packaging and film
  • Cakes can be displayed at room temperature. At the end of the day cover and ideally refrigerate overnight
