An indulgent Belgian chocolate brownie made with a praline silk, roasted hazelnuts and topped with Belgian milk and dark chocolate layers, roasted hazelnuts and a Belgian chocolate drizzle.
A rich all butter caramel layer sandwiched between two layers of Belgian Chocolate coated crispies and shortcake pieces, mixed with roasted hazelnuts. This is then topped with a rich praline frosting and finished off with a Belgian dark chocolate drizzle and a toasted hazelnut chocolate disc.
On the practical side, cutting down on food waste is every bit as important to us as creating delicious cakes and bakes from the best ingredients we can find (in other words, it’s very, very important). It is why we deliver our cakes and bakes ambient, allowing all of our wholesale café, deli and garden centre customers to simply freeze on arrival and take out the number of portions needed for the day, saving the rest in the freezer for later.
Our Praline crunch are perfectly happy in the freezer for up to 12 months and last 4-5 days once unwrapped and defrosted. Needless to say, once on display, customers tend to make them vanish a lot quicker than that.
