A moist and slightly fudgy dark chocolate brownie combined with pecans which then has our famous Vegan caramel swirled into the brownie. The brownie is then topped liberally with toasted pecans.

Customers with special dietary requirements will go nuts for this Belgian chocolate brownie with Belgian chocolate chunks, baked to perfection with pools of our amazing Vegan caramel, all topped with liberal sprinkles of toasted pecans. Want to really up the indulgence? Serve it with a quality dairy-free ice cream and top with caramel drizzle and more toasted pecans!

On the practical side, cutting down on food waste is every bit as important to us as creating delicious cakes and bakes from the best ingredients we can find (in other words, it’s very, very important), so you can freeze them on arrival. Allowing all of our wholesale café, deli and garden centre customers to simply take out the number of portions needed for the day, saving the rest in the freezer for later.

Our Vegan & GF Pecan & Caramel Brownies can be stored in the freezer for up to 12 months. Once you unwrap and defrost them, they’re good for 4-5 days, plenty of time for customers to snap them all up!

  • Please ensure your cakes are placed into the freezer as soon as possible once delivered
  • Store cakes in a freezer observing the Frozen Best Before Date
  • Defrost overnight in the fridge
  • Once defrosted, remove outer packaging and film
  • Cakes can be displayed at room temperature. At the end of the day cover and ideally refrigerate overnight
  • Shelf life guidance: 10 days wrapped on arrival and once defrosted 4-5 days
