Made with biscuit pieces, vegan marshmallows and sultanas combined with chocolate and a hint of orange. Finished with a layer of Belgian dark chocolate and a chocolate orange segment. Crunchy biscuits, fluffy marshmallow, smooth Belgian chocolate and a tangy twist of orange make this rocky road a mouthwatering delight for customers at cafes, coffee shops and restaurants.

Every slice is hand-finished by our bakers in Rutland, who ensure every bake looks as good as it tastes.

Each box contains 12 U cards of 5 portions, with 60 slices in total. The pre-portioned slices make this a breeze to prepare and display. Each slice measures 3.3 cm x 6.5 cm.

We freeze our wholesale cakes to preserve their freshness and flavours. Once they leave our bakery, they’re frozen in transit.

We also use thermal-insulated Woolcool packaging, specially designed for deliveries of chilled and frozen foods. The material is proven to keep produce within the temperature ranges required by the Food Standards Agency.

  • Ambient shelf life is 18 days wrapped or 3 days unwrapped.
  • Keep products in a cool, dry place and away from strong odours. Once the pack is opened, store products in an airtight container… that’s if you haven’t eaten them all.
  • Suitable for freezing if frozen on the day of delivery (just ask us not to date them), with a frozen BBD on the outer box and can be frozen for up to a year.
  • Once defrosted, use Ambient guidelines and date yourself onsite.
