This is a real crowd-pleaser. A combination of Belgian chocolate brownie, Belgian white chocolate blondie and caramelised biscuit spread, topped with a blond chocolate splat for more chocolatey goodness. Served warm with a caramelised biscuit crumb and extra drizzle will soon keep your customers coming back for more!

We’re passionate about minimising food waste, so our cakes can be frozen on arrival. Frozen cakes also mean that the flavours are locked in for longer and are better preserved, allowing all of our wholesale cafe, deli and garden centre customers to simply take out the number of portions needed for the day, saving the rest in the freezer for later.

Our brownies are perfectly happy in the freezer for up to 12 months and last 4-5 days once unwrapped and defrosted. Needless to say, once on display, customers tend to make them vanish a lot quicker than that.

Our Caramelised Biscuit Brownie makes the perfect treat for cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants. The rich, decadent flavours and visually appealing presentation of this dessert make it a perfect addition to any menu.

Are your caramelised biscuit brownies gluten-free?

This brownie is not gluten-free, however, we do offer a range of gluten-free brownies, including our Vegan & Gluten Free Coffee Caramel Brownie, which makes a gooey and indulgent treat for your customers.

What can you serve with caramelised biscuit brownies?

Our Caramelised Biscuit Brownies go wonderfully with a scoop of vanilla or salted caramel ice cream, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, or a dollop of whipped cream. Fresh berries, like raspberries or strawberries, also add a nice tart contrast to the rich sweetness of the brownies.

  • Please ensure your cakes are placed into the freezer as soon as possible once delivered
  • Store cakes in a freezer, observing the Frozen Best Before Date
  • Defrost overnight in the fridge
  • Once defrosted, remove the outer packaging and film
  • Cakes can be displayed at room temperature. At the end of the day cover and ideally refrigerate overnight
  • Shelf life guidance: 10 days wrapped on arrival and once defrosted 4-5 days
