There is caramel shortbread, and then there is Cakehead’s version! Also known as millionaire’s shortbread, this wholesale traybake offers a wonderful balance of buttery shortbread and a thick layer of caramel, finished with luxurious Belgian chocolate.

Each box contains 12×5 portions wrapped in Cakehead U-cards. With pre-sliced portions, it’s never been easier to serve great-tasting grab-and-go bakes for your cafe customers without the fuss.

With Cakehead, we have your short-term seasonal bakes and everyday favourites sorted. Crafted lovingly in our Rutland bakery, our caramel shortbread recipe is one of our all-time favourite recipes for our cafe business owners.

We carefully select all our ingredients, making sure they’re as fresh as possible and that they’re sustainably sourced too!   • Ambient Shelf life 18 days wrapped, or 3 days unwrapped.
  • Keep products in a cool, dry place and away from strong odours. Once pack is opened, store products in an airtight container… that’s if you haven’t eaten them all.
  • Suitable for freezing if frozen on day of delivery (just ask us not to date them), with a Frozen BBD on the outer box and can be frozen for up to a year.
  • Once defrosted use Ambient guidelines and date yourself onsite.
