Banana cake is a favourite for many and our Banana Nut Loaf Cake is as good as our mums could make it, which is saying something! We have combined the traditional banana loaf with nibbed walnuts and a caramelised walnut and pecan topping, offering a moreish loaf cake that has a great depth of texture and flavour. This can add great height to your cake counter and offer further variety for your customers.

Our Banana Nut Loaf Cake is pre-portioned into 12 slices, which means less hassle for you when preparing the cake for your counter, and a 100% guarantee that your customers will receive the same size slice each time they visit. Food waste becomes a thing of the past thanks to our baked loaf cakes can be frozen on arrival. Simply take out what you need for the day, and the remaining slices can be left in the freezer for later, if they last that long! We appreciate that no two days are the same in a café and that’s why we are your secret freezer support.
