This fabulous round cake offers a wonderful alternative and a real showstopper for your counter with its brightly coloured frosting. It is important to us that cake delivers on flavour and that’s why we have not held back on the blackcurrants and lemons in this polenta cake. This delivers a wonderful hit of complementing flavours, which cuts through the tangy blackcurrant cream cheese frosting.
