Description

We have marbled layers of moist Belgian chocolate brownie and chocolate chip cookie dough, which is then swirled with a luxurious cookies and cream filling. It is then finished with a Belgian white chocolate splat and cookie crumb for added indulgence. Serve on it’s own or warm it up and serve with Madagascan ice cream for the perfect dessert!

On the practical side, cutting down on food waste is every bit as important to us as creating delicious cakes and bakes from the best ingredients we can find (in other words, it’s very, very important), simply freeze on arrival. All of our wholesale café, deli and garden centre customers can simply take out the number of portions needed for the day, saving the rest in the freezer for later.

Our Cookies & Cream Brookies are perfectly happy in the freezer for up to 12 months and last 4-5 days once unwrapped or defrosted. Needless to say, once on display, customers tend to make them vanish a lot quicker than that.

  • Please ensure your cakes are placed into the freezer as soon as possible once delivered
  • Store cakes in a freezer observing the Frozen Best Before Date
  • Defrost overnight in the fridge
  • Once defrosted, remove outer packaging and film
  • Cakes can be displayed at room temperature. At the end of the day cover and ideally refrigerate overnight
  • Follow shelf life guidance
