Our gluten-free rocky road is made with biscuit pieces, vegan marshmallows and cranberries which is then infused with natural raspberry flavouring and topped with smooth Belgian dark chocolate, pink dusting powder and freeze dried raspberry pieces.

To go along with meeting special dietary requirements, our cakes and bakes meet the need for less food waste too. Everything we deliver to our wholesale café, deli and garden centre customers and pre-portioned, and can be frozen on arrival. The thinking behind this is simple. Freezing allows you to defrost only as much as you need on any given day, with the rest saved for later. Pre-portioning means every slice and brownie means no damage taking them out of the pack for an absolutely gorgeous looking display every time.

Our Vegan & GF Chocolate & Raspberry Rocky Road can be stored in the freezer for up to 12 months. Once you unwrap and defrost them, they’re good for 4 days, plenty of time for customers to snap them all up!

  • Please ensure your cakes are placed into the freezer as soon as possible once delivered
  • Store cakes in a freezer observing the Frozen Best Before Date
  • Defrost overnight in the fridge
  • Once defrosted, remove outer packaging and film
  • Cakes can be displayed at room temperature. At the end of the day cover and ideally refrigerate overnight
