Our Autumn Berry Bakewell slice  has an all butter base with almond and butter frangipane with a generous layer of Autumn berry jam, delivering a deliciously moist treat. It is then finished with blobs of Autumn berry jam, a crumble top and sweet snow to finish. It’s important to have a variety of colours and shapes on display to entice your customers to buy.

Each Autumn Berry Bakewell traybake is pre-portioned into 15 slices, which means less hassle for you when preparing the cake for your counter, and a 100% guarantee that your customers will receive the same size slice each time they visit. Forget about food waste, as our bakes can be frozen on arrival which removes the worry of throwing food away – we can ensure your customers won’t be leaving any crumbs either! We understand you have little time and the foodservice industry is particularly busy, so we have baked a range of cakes you can trust and that offer versatility to your cake counter.

Our Bakewell has up to a 12-month shelf life in your freezer and 10 days wrapped / 3 days unwrapped once defrosted.

We recommend serving a slice of our Autumn Berry Bakewell alongside a cup of classic tea or to push the boat out, pair with a frothy cappuccino and have the Bakewell warm with clotted cream.

  • Defrost overnight in the fridge
